With a new mod in the workings I've run into a series of questions concerning the raw materials used for the various mundane items seen in the game. I've tired imperial-library.info and scoured various books in game but no luck. I have this vague memory of reading about Dunmer using silk and also some kind of plant fibers but can't remember where.

Does anyone of you all have a source about what the Dunmer uses to make textiles?

Speculation is welcome but please keep it based on things in game which could actually hint to a possible raw material.
