If you max out affinity with Curie without using Flirt or Romance options previously the Relationship option results in no response from Curie. This bug appears to exist on all platforms, PC users can use console commands (not recommended) to reset things. There is no apparent fix for XBox & PS4 users (which is very frustrating). Please fix Curie
