Anyone know the console command to find the id # for the manual? I have gone to the barracks cafeteria, and it is not on the table as shown in various images/videos.

I tried prid 0008e73e, but the game came back and said it is not a valid id #.

Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

It is hard to spot because it's not colorful and looks like a trash mag. The table you are looking at does have the blue cooler on it? So you're saying the cooler is there but the mag isn't?

Yes, the cooler is there, but nothing else, unless it's a graphical glitch, at which point I'm SOL without the console command.....
