So, I was following the Railroad line of the Molecular Level, and barely touch on the B.O.S. or the Minutemen. For some reason while I was using a terminal to send the message, everyone in the institute started attacking me. At this point, I triggered "Banished From The Institute". What I want to know is, is it possible for me to go the rest of the way with the Minutemen, even though it is impossible for me to do "Inside Job"? Or is it now impossible for me to finish the game?

Weird. When you're using the terminal to send the message, nobody is around you.

You can still finish the game with the minutemen for sure, others I don't know about but probably the BOS too.

Return to the Railroad, and they'll direct you to the Minutemen.

Reload a saved game and don't send any messages yet. Finish your inside job. Maybe BoS have something to do as well.
