Without ever having bought a single power armor frame from a vendor, i have 20 different suits of power armor! Why cant we sell the frames we don't need? I have maxed out T-60 armor in every special paint job (shark hot rod, pink hot rod, flames hot rod and atom cats as well as BOS V and BOS VI) and 3 complete sets of X-01 armor

Good questions, often we players have to tell game developers how things should work. The mainly reason why you cannot sell frames, they are not in your inventory so the game doesn't know what your own or not.
