I just noticed this its like a few invisible people are walking sync with me in water. I see the water move when I move but there is noone there. If you want a screenshot I don't know how to post them off a PS4 but ile take some.

I have seen NPCs walking in the water. If you go into the water you can see them walking like its normal!

If you mean that they walk when they should be swimming? Yeah that is strange but I am refering to the effect that happens when something is in water but nothing is there. Like say you were walking in water you know those ripple effects that happen? Yeah imagine that when nothing is there.
