Crashes when launching game.

It's been a month now and I haven't fixed the issue. I REALLY want to step back into the wasteland but no luck. My game crashes every time I hit the play button. Numerous people have the same issue to. I tried re-installing the game, still crashes. I tried deleting INI files but still crashes. Re-installed drivers and still CRASHES. I'm going crazy I still haven't found a solution yet. I bought the game before release. I played it ever since the game released on midnight and now I can't anymore.

Specs:

AMD Athlon x4 860k oc 4.2Ghz

Nvidia GTX 760 MSI OC 2GB

8GB HyperX Fury 1866Mhz Ram

Windows 10 64 bit pro

Has been changed anything on your computer since then?

It's almost 3 months since Fallout 4 release.

Any programs added, any W10 updates, any computer crashes.

------

You can start Fallout 4 in a *clean boot environment, and before you start the game - delete all the ini files from those two folders, and verify your game cache files through steam.

C:\Users\[Your Username]\Documents\My Games\Fallout4

C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Fallout 4

Start the game, and tell us what exactly is happening!

-----

If that doesn't work and if you are on patch 1.3, downgrade to patch 1.2!

See under "Downgrade to other versions"

Nothing has been changed on my PC except a few win 10 updates here and there. Thanks will try this now. Also do I need to delete every INI in the fallout 4 steam location to? Like the Fallou4_default, ultra, medium etc?
