okay well i get great performance regularly, but once and awhile the game freezes for a few seconds and resumes normally, with capped fps my fps is 60fps, with uncapped i get around between 80 to 110 depending where i am
my hardware is
CPU - AMD FX-8370
MOBO - ASRock FATAL1TY 970 Performance
GPU - GIGABYTE GTX 970 Gaming G1
RAM - Corsair Vengeance Pro 16GB 2X8GB DDR3-2400
STORAGE - Kingston SSDNow V300 480GB
OS - Microsoft Windows 10 Home
i would post the video to show the issue, but it won't allow me, but yeah, great performance and then those sudden short freezes that happens, any help with this would be great, thank you
PS. i don't have any mods installed, i also tried abunch of other fixes but none seem to help, thats also how i ended up with such a high framerate when i uncapped it, but i'll be capping it again because it seems alot of things in the game relies on the framerate being 60fps
