dlc idea for additional factions and more settlements

Minor obvious spoilers

Most of the settlements to take care of doesn't sound like very much fun but there are so many interesting I think I have a way of expanding the base game for more factions that are interesting. Using the locations that are already in the game and saying that factions travel their that you can support or decide to fight against after the fall of the choose faction ending here. Also instead of having to babysit these factions maybe you provide them with supplies from your outpost settlement and are only able to help build defenses and allow the factions of these settlements to build their own buildings or a more classic settlement locations (babysitting freebuild). The factions could slowly settle in at a staggered interval after the massive explosion at the end of the game. This adds more factions and gives a legitimate story reason for doing so even if it will ultimately be shoehorned in. Also instead of just annihilating the faction if another faction doesn't like them you would be able to solve things peacefully if you want. Now I'm just going to list the locations with a brief description of a faction I would like to see there and while I do have a grand picture I want to know the community thinks of just my basic ideas. Also I do have

Vault 81. The Vault faction get them to open up and trade and start expanding from the vault and because the vault is slowly failing and unless they get more supplies will fail.

Fairline Hill Estates. A tribal faction from the West has settled they heard of a force taking over other tribes and have finally settled down after many years in Boston.

Atom Cats Garage. Cause they are the damn atom cats no more explanation of why I want them to be expanded upon.

Concord. It's such a cool set for the main story line that is ignored. Maybe a group of slavers/slaves have settled there from the Pitt. I would like to find out what happens to the Pitt and maybe add a selling settlers for money dlc would be a interesting test.

Libertalia. It's a great very interesting location you go to once for any reason. The faction that would live there would be a bunch of random mutant humans that may or may not be experiments that have been gathered by one man on the east coast and wants to give them a place to live. The people that now occupy the wreckage are all very diverse mutants that we haven't seen before. The guy helping them can be bald and in a wheelchair too.

Quincy. Reclaim Quincy for the minutemen and make up for their greatest mistake. This spawns a new faction called the Re-claimers (or better name actually any other name ) who want to rebuild Quincy and University point and make a pretty strong defensible region.

Big John's Salvage. Supermutant Faction maybe from the capital waste that want the brotherhood destroyed. A friendly behemoth would be cool. This is just one of many possible locations for a supermutant faction.

Salem. Salem Volunteer Militia. Barney gets tired of being so damn lonely and rebuilds his unit, maybe witch stuff happens who knows.

General Atomic Galleria. The Remnants: left over people and synths from the institute just trying to survive now or are they. They have reprogrammed the Mister Handys and have made them friendly. Faction only possible if sided against the Institute. Maybe alternatives faction possible here.

Natick Banks. (most wishful thinking faction) A faction tying multiple games together. A collection of NCR, BOS, and Enclave who got tired of the ridiculous ideal of killing other humans for the betterment of mankind because our beliefs are the best. From California these NCR, BOS, and Enclave broke off some where in one of the first games these few rouge members of these groups have followed the BOS to the East coast and have waited in the shadows. The group isn't the same group of people from when they first abandoned their faction. They train people to replace them self and continue to go East. Now with the destruction of the main story factions they want to try to recruit from the faction.

Also getting all of these factions together maybe to fight some giant force might be cool. Doing all of these factions with no end surprise bad guy would be kind of weird for a video game it would just be about existing instead of eliminating some bad guys you don't agree with. I have an idea for the main villain and the over all story.
