I downloaded the Oblivion Game of the year delux from Amazon, and the horse armor didn't come with. I did go to the Elder Scrolls site and they sent me to the Xbox site and I have a PC (no Xbox). How do I get the download for the PC?

Oblivion GOTY only comes with two DLC: Knights of the Nine and Shivering Isles. The rest of the DLC is not included. I'm not sure how to get the other additions, but some other people here can answer this.

It was the same with the Anthology. Major DLC/Expansion only.

However, there are user-made mods that do the same (if not better) if you want to bard your steed. A few might require the DLC as a starter, but I recall that most don't. Just search the Nexus.

I don′t know, but shouldn′t the Delux version come with all the minor DLCs too?

After taking a look on Amazon it appears you're right. The Deluxe Edition contains everything (even the elusive Fighters Stronghold mod).

Salmissra, are you absolutely positive you don't have it? Perhaps its in there and just hasn't been enabled? Click on Data Files when you open your launcher. Check to see if Horse Armor is in the list. You'll see it there if you have it.

If you don't see it, I guess you could always try re-downloading the game. Amazon says this is an online-only version, so you ought to be able to download it more than once.
