Some where i got a miscellaneous million to get a Flamer stashed at the Federal Rations Stockpile,owned by Red Tourette. I do not remember the details,other then it is in my Mis.Mission list. I cleared out the entire place!-Killed Red-and have torn this place and the secret hideout under the church! I Cannot find the Flamer. I have search the Wiki for advice-info! I have read many walkthroughs-None so far mention the Retrieve Flamer from Federal Rations Stockpile . I have Not found any info on this side-mission any where!-If someone would please send me info i would be Appreciated! I just cannot find this Flamer!

Do you have the mission set as "active" in your pipboy mission list?
It "should" have a little "flag" on the map, compass, and on-screen that will lead you to the item you are looking for.

As explained here you just need to mark the quest in your pipboy and the marker will lead you to the desired item.

Mystery solved...?
