With the romancable characters, I mean. Either through some method I can easily do repeatedly or hell, some code I could use to set the relationship to just friends.

I don't think the vanilla game allows for break-up.
Though you can romance more than one, so no issue.
Why do you want to break up OP?
There is a way to break up with your romance character, and there are videos on YouTube that show the dialogue that occurs. If you frequently do things that your romance partner dislikes or hates, you will get dialogue where they disapprove, similar to when you got dialogue of them approving and eventually they will break up with you because you've changed from who they fell in love with.
It's actually pretty dramatic, especially with Piper as she begs you to become the person you used to be who cared about people and helped others.
Basically just do things they don't like. Like with Piper, start stealing and opening owned locks, pickpocket.... that type of thing. With Cait, be nice, eagerly do Minutemen quests without asking for a reward or if you've done her personal quest start using drugs.
It can take awhile I've noticed.
Yeah, it is possible to break up with them all, just not easily. Was wondering if anyone knew of an easy to repeat method for all of them.
And the reason I want to do this is just for roleplaying reasons.
There is the setrelationshiprank console command for the PC version.
So...
piper.setrelationshiprank(game.getplayer(),3) ....?
Tried using "maccready" and such but game gave me an improper syntax message.
What is the proper format for this code in Fallout 4?
