I'm going to shoot a short movie (with dark mood and supernatural forces included) in 'not so distant future' I hope. I've found Bethesda's 'Drunken Whaler' perfect to saucy one scene, so my question is this:

are there chances to get Bethesda permission on that? I know that Bethesda released this song on 'free to personal usage' therms, but I'm not sure if that situation qualifies. Thanks for replies in advance.
