plugins worth the money?

Get them one at a time if you do get them as usually you get focus on one quest and you may forget about the others. I recommend Vile lair to begin with if you are in the DB, Thieves den for TG, Battlehorn castle for FG, and Frostcrag spire for mages guild.

OOO is way way better than any offical. So if you have the PC to run it, there is no reason to get the console version of Oblivion.
But to answer the question, yes they are on 360, and all except orrery are worth it IMO.

Don't really see how Horse Armor is worth it. Get Shadowmere, problem solved. And if you add horse armor to her, it screws up her AI.

Ya. If you are just going to use 1 character and RP it hardcoe then you really only need one of Thieves Den/Vile Lair/Fighter's Stronghold/Mage's Tower. But I don't adhere that hardcoe to my characters.

I agree. In my opinion, the Horse Armor Pack, Orrery, Fighter's Stronghold, Spell Tomes and Thieves Den are not as well made as the average user-made mods. I have a soft spot for Wizard's Tower, but only because I like looking at the tower from a distance. As a functioning mod it's nothing to write home about. I'm a bit more impressed with Mehrunes Razor and Vile Lair. But, to be blunt, Knights of the Nine is the only DLC that is genuinely worth the money.

Yep. All of 'em.

Do you have a PC capable of running the game? If so, then the whole world of mods opens up before you. Why limit yourself to just 'official' content? :D

Here's why

1). No, I don't have a PC at home. I have an internet TV thing, that's how i'm typing this at the moment.. And if I went to buy a PC I would wind up getting the wrong one (trust me on this). Then I'd go back to the store, get a headache trying to deal with the geek working in the computer section of Best Buy...2 hours later I'd still wind up with the wrong stuff.

2). Eventually I'd somehow get the right operating system (with help from you guys here on the forums) but I'd probably get flamed (AND get my feeling hurt) at some point asking repetitive questions. :brokencomputer:

3). I don't have money for a PC and all the crap that goes with it. If I got a used system...maybe, but then we're back to the same issue of trying to get Renee to find the right system. Trust me, I'd screw this up somehow. Buying a console is so much easier.

4). Let's say I manage somehow to get everything right. Right system, hard drive, whatever. I'd go to download my first mod. Somehow it would screw up my game. 12 hours later, I'd put aside the PC so I can simply and safely game on my PS3 or Xbox.

5). Finally (and most important) how would I be able to kick back while playing on the PC? Literaly as I play Oblivion on my PS3, I'm usually lying down in bed with my head propped up with a pillow. :) With a PC, I'd be forced to sit at a desk as far as I know. It just wouldn't be the same. :(

But thanks for your concern, I appreciate it.

I don't have answers for your other points but I can answer this. No one is forced to sit at a desk when they use a PC. My PC sits on the floor. My Monitor is on a low table. As I type this post right now I am half-reclining on the floor with my back against a pillow-chair, surrounded by pillows and blankets. I can game while lying on my back, on my side, on my stomach or sitting up. I have more space to stretch out than if I were sitting on a couch.

I don't understand why people think they have to sit at a desk to use a PC. I think they must be masochists. Or maybe they do it that way because they've seen other people do it that way and it has never occurred to them to do it any different?. I really don't know.
