Mods that remove change Levelscaling ?

Hi all. It's a long time when I was playing Skyrim the last time (I think 2 years?). And now it's time to start over again.

I'm searching for an overhaul or simple mod that removes the level scaling mechanism of the game. You know, as example Alduin will level up with you. You can kill him with lvl 10,

items and chests almost everywhere are level scaled. No no, this is not what I like - Alduin or the vampire lord should [censored] me if I fight him with lvl 10 and in the hardect cave in skyrim I dont want to find a scaled [censored] item, I want to get something awesome.

I found this mod http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/59849/? and I think I will use it for sure. This 100% perk system change is really what I would like to play in my new run - did somebody play the mod, is it as good as I think?

So here are now some problems: There are probably some mods that change the level scaling but they won't work with Perkus Maximus right? I think I know the mod http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/19281/?tab=1&navtag=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nexusmods.com%2Fskyrim%2Fajax%2Fmoddescription%2F%3Fid%3D19281%26preview%3D&pUp=1 was playing it long time ago and as I remember they remove the levelscaling of the game right? Also they are adding a tons of other awesome RPG elements to the game. Can Requiem work with Perkus Maximus?

Much more importent: what other options do I have. Are there other new Level Scaling Overhauls?

PS: By the way I see many things changed. There are now some new mod organisers? Interesting, I should test them.

Do you guys maybe have any good Gamepad mods? I will make a new run probably with the DualShock - would be my first Gamepad run, I think this could be fun.

And now... I have to read and search a lot, many things changed...

You are correct that Requiem won't work right with Perkus it would need a patch and no one has been ambitious enough to create one. Requiem unlevels and descales the world, but it also makes tons of other changes to balance this out and create an interesting and challenging experience at all levels of play. Eventually, your character can outlevel the world but it takes quite a while, and some builds will become too powerful a lot quicker than others. Like Morrowind, Requiem can become trivially easy if you know the tricks for how to abuse the game mechanics, but if you don't know those tricks or exercise a little self restraint on how many exploits you are willing to use, Requiem can be a lot of fun. It has gone through significant revisions and improvements since you played last.

As for other mods that unlevel the world, I think SkyRe has an optional deleveling esp included. There is also Morroloot, which I think is more focused on loot than enemies. And there is YASH. Personally, I have no experience with these mods. The only overhaul I've used is Requiem.

EDIT: I see that you mentioned Alduin. You have played Requiem before so you probably already know this, but for the benefit of anyone else reading the thread, Alduin is one example of the many changes Requiem makes that go beyond simple deleveling/descaling and instead attempt to rebalance the entire game. Instead of simply presenting a high level version of Alduin, Requiem, reimagines the World Eater into something truly terrifying. Alduin is considerably stronger than he would be in vanilla Skyrim at any level, with considerably more health than he would have in vanilla even at level 300, much higher damage resistance, and he can summon an army of very powerful undead nord warriors (draugr) to assist him.

But most encounters in Requiem do not rely on high health numbers to make them challenging. Most things can be defeated with just a few well placed hits, if the hits are placed and with the right type of weaponry/spells for that enemy, and assuming you can survive long enough to place those few hits. Battles are fast paced and the outcome depends more on character skill and strategy and tactics than anything else.

That's funny, I think the guy who worked on SkyRe also made PerkusMaximus no? ^_^

But as I see the last update on SkyRe was in 2013, I should probaby not use that because it's outdated and will not work with other mods(?)

Morroloot is a good idea. After reading and seraching stuff I found that there is also Morrowloot 4E Edition and MorrowLoot Ultimate. I should probably use one of them, still not sure which one. But these 3 mods are almost only good for chests, generally loot and items. But not for the Level scaling of Monsters, Bosses and NPCs. Well there is also this mod http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/69801/?tab=2&navtag=http%3A%2F%2Fwww.nexusmods.com%2Fskyrim%2Fajax%2Fmodfiles%2F%3Fid%3D69801&pUp=1 - but as I see not many people did use this. It's probably not as perfect as it should be?

Do not see how to set a fixed level for any bosses as example. Alduin, Vampire Lord and so on
