Where will TES 6 take place? And what will be the questline about?

If it took place in Highrock there would most likely be some evil demon or some other thing that causes millions of people to die However you are a breton and you can stop it using magic.

If it took place in Elsweyr there would be a skooma refiner who gets everyone into being skooma addicts and causes them to die you can stop it with your fast sences however you were kidnapped a fed skooma now you are in pain your sences are decresing, you have to cure everyone before its to late. Or massive racism war
