I like to start out easy (or at least to an extent), so I usually play as a Nord warrior. Once I get the feel for the game, I'll probably switch to my favorite race, the Mighty Imperials, roleplaying as a Special Forces Legion soldier that ran away from Cyrodiil, starting a new life without the interference of the Legion.

I always play my first playthrough on elder scrolls games as a classic "sword and shield warrior" not necessarily choosing a specific race either then i start experimenting with different playstyles afterwards :)

A pure thief Khajiit. As usual. :)
Breaking into homes and sneaking around NPCs in dungeons is so much fun.

The thing with the most new stuff. :P

Probably a guy who can do with a bit of everything. Melee, marksman, destruction/conjuration/restoration. Probably argonian too.

Class I created:

Khajiiti Mystic-
Alteration, Mysticism, Illusion, Restoration, Acrobatics, Sneak, Blade

If hand-to-hand is any better in the next game, I'll replace blade with that.

A Knight Probably. I hate mages, I die often when that is my class. Maybe it's because I svck at using them.

I would probably make a magewarrior. I would be essentially a mage ( I would wear robes and stufff) and if they let you, light armor "over the top of it" (:DDD). And I would use a sword and maybe a shield...

Or I would just go an archery character.

Generally I like to start out with a pure melee or based character, but I think I might go with a pure thief or a thief hybrid with marksman/melee this time around. Maybe a little magic for healing, but probably nothing more than that.

I've been watching Gix play Morrowind/Oblivion and realised a great way to role play in TES. You dont have to pick a Spellsword class or a Battle mage, you can play it as a pure caster that only uses magic to do everything, or refuse to steal or use lock picks, or use only swords, etc. and build your characters the way you want to role play that character. My first character was a Summoner who would never fight anyone him self, but still I looted everything and joined all the guilds etc even though they didnt fit with that style of play, after that I just played battlemages who all played the same way. Using Gix's method would make for a fun role playing experience and ensure that you got a different game play experience for every character you played.

Probably a combination of Spellsword and Assassin. That way I get to test out most of the mechanics of the game in my first play-through.

I love watching Gix play. It brings me back to that 'special place' when you're just experiencing Morrowind for the first time.

hmm depends on which race they make look the coolest.

Orc or Nord: Berserker
Khajiit or Woodelf: Thief
Argonian: Ranger/Mage
Redguard or Imperial: Warrior/Ranger
Breton or Dark Elf: Mage or Monk
High Elf: Warrior/Mage

And my Birthsign would almost definitely be The Steed.

Dark Elf Battlemage or Spellsword, which ever has better/more useful skills.

Edit: Well, I can finally post after like, two years of the old site not letting me. When did the design change, anyway? It's slow as hell on this computer and it's giving me the [censored]. :P
