On the other hand, one poster did quote Todd; "Bethesda will not be big underwater stuffs" - something like this. I would not spend any time looking for hidden messages on some rare terminals.

This sounds like a quest for those heroic few -- a fellowship, a fellowship to find the lost terminal. I might have to fire up this game and check this out.

wish i had the time to go back over it all. i did find the pips under the water and follow them back to the oceanological society but no terminal. i even looked in the survival Guide but the guide is not that good very limited on its info
