Confusing Order of Damage Modifier Applications

Hey all,

So I have a quick question. I am playing a melee class that focuses on sneaking to get massive damage modifiers. Problem is, I don't know the order that these perk modifiers apply themselves to my sword. Here is a mock situation to help explain my confusion:

My sword does a base 141 damage. On a sneak attack, I deal 5x this, do to the Ninja perk. That brings me to 705 damage. However, my sword is special and doubles the amount of damage it deals based on if my enemy is attacked at full health (Instigating Revolutionary Sword). This brings my total to 1410 damage on my enemy. Because I have the Tackle perk, I get to stand still and attack enemies from a distance at the same time from Rooted. This means that my "damage" is increased by 50%. This is where my problem lies. Does the 50% apply to my base sword damage (+70 overall damage, I imagine this would be the case) or to my overall total damage (+705 hopeful optimism)? Not only that, but I also have Big Leagues which means I get an additional 60% from my melee attack. Does this apply before or after Rooted, or is this all tallied at the end (which would be most beneficial to me, max damage would end up at like 3000 damage if it all went in my favor.) Does anyone know?
