While traveling in the Wasteland, I came across three dead bodies with bits of them blown off, forming a triangle. A settler, a raider, and a ghoul.

Could be totally random but the positioning and the people (a good person, a bad person, and an ugly.. well... thing) seem an awful lot like a https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4LcVQJ4IBtM (if all of them had died).
