I did her quest involving her her brother. i talked to her got her to come work for me. then went to rachel and got him help. but now tina is not in the reactor room. any ideas?

She might have gone to her bedroom, second floor residential area (or her supply room "meeting spot" with the cheating husband)... if talking to her is the next point in the quest, there should be a marker leading you to her. But in any event, she is only in the reactor room when she is "working". You could theoretically find her at the cafe eating dinner, for example.

You know she's bugged right and won't actually go to your settlements.

Yeah, she never even mentions 'him' when talking to her about leaving. Apparently she's ready to go.

funny cause ifg i remember you can the cheating wife do spomething( i know what it is just saving it from anyone who may not a friend told me) you can recruit him too lol

As far as I know about Tina, you need to make her brother attacks you while speaking to him about his addiction, then youre free to kill him. I had to reload several times to make it works. First then you can hire Tina to your settlement. After Tina joins your settlement, she will not speak much. Probably a bug due to wiki.

vault 81, reactor room but recruit her you do hole in the wall and her quest. suggest doing here kitty, kitty to speed up quests

Oh, her, forgot about her. Yeah, she's glitched for me too, says that she will go, but then just stands there. Such a shame.
