I never have played in fullscreen mode and the game oblies me to play windowed borderless. If fullscreen is enabled, all I see is a beautiful black screen with "not responding" Windows message. If I tweak resolution, game starts, but when I click on screen, displays flashes weird.

Many patches have passed -beta patches included-, but Bethesda is more interested in to make patches instead fixing issues.

I think this problem is due to laptops with Nvidia cards.

You do realize that fixing issue is the point of releasing patches. So complaining about Bethesda releasing patches doesn't make sense.

While saying that, most patches released will fix problems directly related to the software, not hardware problems. Also fairly uncommon issues might be missed.

If you have an laptop, what's your specs? - or even better post a Dxdiag!
