Have the above mentioned quest. I had already cleared the place once for the locket quest from Abernathy, but headed back when I got this note's "Miscellaneous" quest to go get "scrap" from there. Cleared it again; picked up EVERYTHING I could find that I could, the station is showing as CLEARED again on the map, the quest did not complete.
