Been getting this issue where the lighting stops... happening. Can't figure it out for the life of me.

It's not actually game-breaking (this is the only instance I've seen of it being totally dark - just the bit with Kellogg, and the lighting goes back to normal when you thaw out after), but it's aggravating. Anybody seen this before? Perhaps related to the problems with settlement lighting that can crop up?
