So, long story short: I'm no longer getting settlement quests from Preston.

While this may seem like a godsend, it's quite, idk, boring? What I did basically, or rather what I didn't do is that I didn't hand in my "Covenant: Greenskins" quest (it was my second one getting). Not feeling like reporting to the settlers, then to Preston I chose to focus on building and enhancing my settlements. What I found out later (3 levels later as I am currently 76 from 73 from when the last save involving that quest being avaiable) is that it's now in the grey area of being "completed" and "failed".

Can't talk to the settlers. Can't talk to Preston about settlement quests. Even listing to the radio for quests isn't getting anything. Anyone have any solutions that won't revert my saves as I have made plenty progress with my settlers and their homes?

As added information, I retain the same settlers from Covenant that came with it.

UPDATE: Did recieve a settlement quest from the radio eventually but nothing from Preston still. Kinda a relief but still...
