Please Fix Covenant

The Minuteman quests from Covenant are a little glitched for me. The Mayor has no voice when he talks to me. I had to turn on the subtitles in order to know what he's saying.

Yes the audio is glitched...but like I said in a previous post you just have to turn the subtitles on and you can read what they say. Also: it may not seem that way at first, but the radiant quests DO complete--you just have to wait a few in-game hours after returning to and talking to Jacob. At least, that's my experience (I've purposely avoided the Minutemen in my playthrough because of what I heard about the Preston Harvey debacle).

Preston keeps thinking im going for a swim. He may be plotting my downfall. His next quest will be to acquire "cement shoes" so he can throw me in the water.

I'll look it up, I've found Covenant to be one of the more interesting towns/quests I've come across so far.

It feels a shame to be filling it with unnamed settlers at the moment because it's such a unique and nice looking area. I'm considering putting some companions there and turning it in to a little fortress for the Sole Survivor and his closest allies. An option to win over the townspeople would be greatly appreciated for future saves though, because I can't morally justify siding with the scientist.

Heh I somehow lucked into siding with Covenant. Take Dan with you to the compound and he ends up threatening to kill you if you don't side with him. What he said...threw me off and I ended up siding with the scientist (I basically wanted to see if he was bluffing. He wasn't. RIP Dan.). I didn't even know the Covenant townsfolk would've aggro on me if I had chosen to side with Dan--I only found out after the fact. Still, I don't regret the decision.

Yeah that's a good point actually, Dan gets fairly aggressive there towards the end. I was tempted to kill him for daring to threaten me haha.

Last post before I go to bed: someone mentioned Deezer being stuck near the entrance to Covenant. All you have to do is build the bell and place it near the rear house (the office) or anywhere really. Activate the bell and all of the Covenant NPCs will congregate near it, including Deezer. Problem solved.

There is animations for two people sleeping in a bed. The bed to the left of the middle bed also counts as 2 beds, and you can see two settlers get into the bed and sleep.
