New Weapon Mod Issus

Ok I made this sniper rifle in MilkShape along time ago, and had this issue with it where every time the player equips it or fires it this message appears: "ArrowBone missing on actor "PlayerSaveGame"

Continue running executable?"

It is set as a cross bow and I can't figure out why this is happening.

I'm just guessing, but i'd say your problem is exactly what the error message states: your model lacks an ArrowBone.
Since the game needs some refference where it has to put the arrow to, you cannot just make a common model a (cross)bow.
but again: i'm just guessing. i actually never made a bow/crossbow model so i don't know much about it.

Would I be able to add it with NifScope?

i'm not sure about this, but it MIGHT be possible, similar to http://niftools.sourceforge.net/wiki/Morrowind/NifSkope_Alchemy#Adding_the_weapon_bone.
but i guess it might be much easier to add an arrow bone in the 3D editor you made the mesh with (google around to know how to do it right) or try to merge your model with a vanilla crossbow and remove the unwanted trishapes.
but i can't help you with that since i don't use Nifscope this way and - as i said - i never made bow/crossbow models
