Survival Mode, then Far Harbor. The others will be good, and I look forward to having them, but those two are what I think about most.

More Salisbury steaks. ;)

I pick Far Harbor since the entire deal about only being able to save during sleep kind of ruined it a bit for me. My game keeps crashing, and it would discouraging if you lose an entire day of progress due to crash. I don't mind it with non-Beth games though, maybe there will be a mod for it. Far Harbor adding new quests and contents, and the game is seriously in need of quests.

Automatron and mods coming to consoles. It might be a tad cynical but the thing I'm most "impatient" about is finding out exactly how restricted console mods will be. Assuming script extender and things like 'every single person is now killable wink wink' are out the window. That being said I can't wait for retexture mods, specifically that glorious Institute Pipboy.

Its logical to say creation kit because we've seen it before so we know pretty much what is in store.

I would have said survival mode but we have no idea what it's going to be like since it's not out yet and we just previously had a sad one to compare the up[comming one just recently wich it will replace.

Console mods. I'm tired of Garvey and his endless settlement crap. He's a dead man!

I was really looking forward to the new Survival mode most, but after hearing that we're probably only going to be able to save when we sleep, I'm not really looking forward to it so much. I really do not want to lose 3 hours of game progress because of a CTD or a bugged quest requiring me to reload an earlier save. I'm not opposed to the idea in principle, but I've been playing Bethesda games for a long time. That experience has taught me to save frequently, because saves get corrupted. Games crash. Quests get bugged. It happens. I love Bethesda, but this just comes with the territory. Limiting saves to sleeping sounds cool, but it's a really bad idea with a Bethesda game.

That being said, I'm looking forward to Far Harbor most. I think both Automatron and Wasteland Workshop are going to be really cool as well. I'm already running tons of mods, and I don't create mods myself, so I'm not necessarily looking forward to the GECK itself, but rather the mods that will come after the GECK. I'm pretty content with the mods I'm using now though, so I'm not in a huge hurry for it.

Creation kit covers everything from new content to bug fixes. It's needed to fix the bugs and glitches that bethesda ignores as well as deal with issues of poor game design from catering to mouth breathers.

The creation kit in the hands of the modders is the only way that this last gen game can be fixed, updated, completed and brought in line with the current generation of games, and it will maintain the game long after bethesda abandons it like they do all their other games.

1. Survival mode

2.Workshop DLC

3.Far Harbor

I think bug fixes is something everybody wants.. Although I've read people complaining about how they "nerfed" MacCready because they couldn't headshot at 200 yards with a 10mm pistol anymore.

The CK. I want modders to start creating new mods, start on the unofficial patches, and port Skyrim mods to this engine. I'm looking forward to the DLC's and patches but the CK is why I buy BGS's games.
