What was your FAVORITE FO4 Moment?

Post » Sat Feb 27, 2016 7:01 am

Warning SPOILERS

Walking out of Fort Hagen and witnessing the entry of BoS was hands down my favorite cinematic moment in all of FO4! This dramatic moment I believe Bethesda captured with flying colors (lol)!

Dunwich Bores was the most frightful moment because I expected nothing and instead was treated to an unfolding nightmare, and all when the lights were out, snuggled up under the covers.

What about you?

Have to agree with the OP. Entrance of the BoS. It was pretty damn epic.

Spoiler
I've got to say, the whole questline leading up to and including Fort Hagen was one of my favourite things from the Fallout franchise as a whole. Especially as I skipped Red Rocket and Concord both by just bumbling my way around the country side ... ending up in Good Neighbour, revisiting the vault through the Memory Den and being directed to Valentine, then tracking Kellogg across the wastes with Valentines 'helper' Dogmeat ... it was a well written way to do the whole thing, I thought. Can't understand why that isn't the natural gameplay method of completing it. Cool guns and Power-Armour won the day I guess.

Edit: And yes, agreed. BOS entering the scene during a rad storm was incredible.

That was my second favorite moment. My favorite ...

AGREE on every single count! I could've done with Power Armor being something you acquire once you meet the Institute. I'm probably in the minority though, unfortunately.

Yep, that's mine too. I was prepared to dislike the BOS in FO4, but that moment pretty much won me over.

Same as you, the best part is that I was also part of the BoS already when they entered the commonwealth. So I thought the moment was part of my decision, and listening to the radio frequency calling on me to go and report felt simply epic, it gives you that feeling of "[censored] going to get real".

The rest of the times are related to super mutant suiciders, there was a time when I heard more than one of them, and I spotted them from the distance, I planned ahead of time a way to defeat them while they were getting closer and closer, my plan succesfully worked, but I miscalculated the situation because there was another one that came out of nowhere and killed me. Those [censored]s are the best part of this game.

Lol! Agreed. My first encounter I thought ok I'll do some guerilla hits punchin em with my 308's from afar with my combat rifle only to see a fast approaching suicider that was not easily downed...TOUCHDOWN!

Well the moment would be from the minute i met Kellogg untill i finished with his memories at the Den. That whole sequence of quests was freaking amazing, and the arrival of the Brotherhood in the middle of it really amped it up.

Entry of BoS was pretty memorable. But Really best part for me was being able to try and smash out of the cryo tube when ...spoilers happens... and im not gonna give it away but the whole start sequence is kinda cool. I missed the nuke going off first and was looking the wrong way but then next time saw it...and wow!!!!!!!!!

That part is even better with Valentine in tow. "Deep into that darkness peering, long I stood there, wondering, fearing."
