The settlement system too was fun as heck when I discovered it.
Can barely put this game down and I haven't had this much fun since fallout 3 on ps3.
The reason I think people are around asking for more and wanting all the changes asap is because these kinds of games have so much potential., and because they are so great!
Don't let complaining ever change you Beth and Fallout! I wuv you forever!
