Sounds like she's dead, dude. There's no fix for that on PS4.

It probably won't make you feel any better, but I did the exact same thing to Follows-Chalk the first time I played New Vegas' Honest Hearts DLC. Weirdest experience ever, but only the end of his fictional world, not my real one.

o no it's a autosave im lost it forever now only can reload game form level 1

If you're really committed to reloading an old save prior to killing the doctor, I'd:


Load your most recent save, pause, select save/load game option, then proceed to delete everything (in order) from the most recent save, all the way down to the save you want to keep.


I 'feel' like this is the safest (bug-free) way to go about it...
