A large group of trees in the Sanctuary settlement can be scrapped. Also at Sanctuary there is a part of picket fence that hovers and can't be scrapped.

Also the metal rail can't be scrapped outside the gate at the Castle.

One part of a metal road rail at the Red Rocket is unscrappable.
