Can i still blow up the institute if father died and i followed all their missions? Can i still do it with the minute men?

Someone checked it out and the answer seems to be no: you can't blow up the Institute after finishing the MQ with them.

im thinking the answer might be no to getting booted i got bored and decided to kill all the synth blockades on the map that are near power armor frames they go hostile but wont stay that way for long
