Billy Creel's Safe.

I'm not exactly sure anybody already started a topic of this, but I've been wasting 2 day's playing F3 and can't find it in or around his house. Can some one please tell me EXACTLY where it is? I just want to know what's inside. :cold:

I'm pretty sure its straight ahead from where you enter and in the floor.
