I think there should be an option to move rooms instead of destroying and then rebuilding them, charge caps if need be, maybe more advanced rooms (Nuclear Reactor, Nuka Cola Plant etc) could cost more to move, same with fully upgraded rooms and/or combined rooms. This would be especially helpful for people with full vaults that may want to move living quarters around without having to evict dwellers or go through the whole destroy/rebuild process.

That's part of what makes Fallout Shelter fun, because lots of things you do can have consequences. If you don't like how you placed something, anyways, you should realize this early on before you upgrade it. You could just stock up on Caps, delete the rooms, then rebuild them.
