So I've been rifling through the Institute's terminals (that's what you get for not using passwords) and I've discovered a list of Institute informants and spies, as well as confirmation that a certain civic leader is a synth. I tried to confront said civic leader, but didn't get any dialog options. Is there any way to confront these guys (and gals), or maybe report them to the Railroad?

You only confront them after completing the Nuclear Option

There is also a radiant quest given by the Institute to deliver orders to the civic leader you're talking about.
