Hi there

I have an annoying bug... I have just created my first seven 10 SPECIAL (finally) but when I sent him to the wasteland... He doesn't lvl up... Then I realized he is the same guy who leveled up until lvl 28 without doing anything but training (perhaps 2-3 events)... Any ideas about the problem/bug?
