I have found an old version (August update) in a Android. Is there anyway to save it to a USB and transfer to another devise? I mean the game it self, not the .sav file.

Yes, it's not too hard.

You can use an application to make an .APK file out of an installed app (I used one called https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.metago.astro&hl=en). Then, use Bluetooth, email, microSD card or whatever to move the .APK file to another Android device you want to install on. Just open the .APK, it will probably tell you that you have to enable third-party app sources, which is fine since you trust the source. Once the .APK file is installed, the game will download the other game files from Google Play.

You can even move .sav files to the old version. I transferred a Vault from version 1.2 to a device running v1.1 and it worked, it just deleted any outfits or items that didn't exist in version 1.1.
