So I got Greentop Nursery for the BoS. I just paid them the 1,000 caps and all was good. I didn't feel like I should bully them or ask for a cheaper deal. (On a side note Curie liked this). I did get the message that this location was under BoS control.

But ... I can still build there, and my supply line didn't get cut. I assumed I loose the ability to do these things but apparently not. Is that right or is this a bug. Or maybe you don't loose the settlement right away, it takes a day or two?

Anyone else do this and are you supposed to loss the settlement, or does just paying them allow you to keep it?

I don't understand it either. I did the same with Nordhagen Beach. I had unlocked it previously for the MM, then the BoS sent me there to acquire it, which I did. It completed the BoS-quest but still it was an active MM settlement.
