Normally this wouldn't make me think twice but the price increase has me feeling like I should ask about this.

I just realized that there seems to be no evidence on my one that I purchased the season pass. I would have assumed in the management section for Fallout 4 it would show the season pass under my saved data. There isn't anything there....i'm not too worried as I have the email saying I was charged the 30 for it. When I look at the pass in the store again....where the price used to be it now says "manage" selecting this takes me to a mostly blank manage section. The fact theres no season pass tile has me kinda worried I somehow don't actually have it?

Is this normal?

Well, there wouldn't be anything there since you haven't downloaded anything yet... all you did was purchase a season pass. It should show up in your purchase history and as you said, you got the email confirmation that you purchased it.

Season Pass is just a ticket that tells the store that you have purchased the bundle earlier.

If you go to the store for fallout 4 and check the season pass page, it'll say it is already apart of your library.
