I want answers as to why it keeps going to the desktop straight after the Bethesda logo. If this cannot be resolved in a timely manner then I want a phone number that I can call to get this resolved as soon as possible.

Some more information might help.

* Is this a new install?

* Are you currently or have you in the past used mods for your Skyrim game?

* If it is a Steam install are you running Steam as an administrator? I've personally not encounters this problem (so it may be a thing of the past), but I've read others saying that depending on which OS they have, that they have needed to run Steam as an administrator to keep games from crashing on start up.

* I'm sure you have already checked, but I have to ask anyway. Did you make sure your computer meets the minimum suggested System requirements?

Typical mod problem usually. Missing a mod master. DIsable all mods and see if that fixes it. If so, either go through your mods or enable a few at a time and see what is causing it.
