Glitch scenario experienced at : Diamond City Surplus, Commonwealth Weaponry, and various settlement stores.

Basic description of Glitch scenario : After pressing OK to confirm the sale. The items I sold are subtracted, but I do not receive any caps.

Step-by-step description, of the actions I take before the Glitch occurs : 1. I go from shop to shop selling bulk purified water. 2. Upon entrance to store I select (X) to barter. 3. I then click on the item to sell. 4. Depending on the caps in the merchant's inventory, I sell an amount equal to, or lower, than the stores' total bottlecaps. 5. I then press (X) to sell . 6. Then I press the (square) button to accept . 7. I then highlight OK, and press (X) to confirm the sale. 8. Lastly, I watch the items I sold vanish . 8. A quick glance at my cap balance shows no change .

I sent Bethesda a message, via the support contact message form . Is this the correct route to inform Bethesda of my problem ??

I have tried to overlook this problem, but after several hours of game time, you could see that the losses add up!!
