starting playing fo4 again and i noticed the guy that is suppose to be wroking the radio tower for radio freedom wont sit down and broadcast. he keeps saying it need power. i have the power req meet the lights are on, build shop mode shows power n the green but the char sign is red like no one is assigned to it. im not 100% sure but i think this happened when all my settlers got removed all at once to thier assigned postions. so far only fixes i seen regarding this issue is to use console cmd but im playing on ps4. so i just wanna know is thier a fix or should i just consider it a lost cause and start over? i have no back up save pior to this happening and this char is lvl 53 now. w/o access to strikes and to w/e issues may further occur later on w/o having radio tower up n running i dont wanna bother wasting time on this play though if there is no way to fix this. any help would be greatly welcomed.

also wanna point out that im currently on v 1.01 and just saw there is a patch. does 1.3 fixes this or just prevents it from happening and which case i still have to start over?
