I've searched the forums, and I've searched Google, and all the reasons people have for not being able to grow Sanctuary don't seem to apply to me. I have 30 beds, 150 power, 120 defense, 58 food, close to 50 water, four powered beacons (that are turned on), all stores, All stars in Charisma, plus the bobble-head, and Sanctuary has been at 7 since I first put down the first bed minutes after arriving with Preston, and the other. I'm level 50 now, and Sanctuary has not grown past 7. I've verified the beacons are working by listening to the recruitment channel. I can't seem to figure out any other reason I can't grow past 7, with everything above taken care of. I've been building off and on the whole game, and it's been a long time. My last game grew to like 17 within a day.

Can you move settlers to Sanctuary from other locations? If the game doesn't let you, then could be it'something to do with your size limit. are you maxed out building wise? Also, I'd try going with only ONE recruitment beacon, shouldn't need more than that...
