Robotics expert perk

Will this be necessary for the new DLC? I'm level 62 so I just started investing into this perk just in case.

I don't think it will be required, but higher ranks will probably add new mods for the robots.

I cheated up some levels yesterday just to make sure I had this perk maxed in case it becomes valuable
