There's this really strange 'bug' (if i should call it) with her clothing. After her personal quest, I got her in the synth body and she wears a checkered shirt and pants by default. I decided to equip her with some nice brotherhood scribe armor i found. I have now found a combat armor set which i want to equip on her along with some under-clothing (like long johns, t-shirt/jeans etc.), but i see that i can only equip her with only 1 set of clothing at a time. Like say she won't equip the long johns and the combat armor chest piece together, as the sole survivor or any other npc can. If i try to equip her with the combat armor, the long johns are automatically un-equipped and she would have to wear the armor over her half naked body

Another thing is that her default attire has disappeared from her inventory. I just cannot see it. Also it's strange that whatever clothing you equip on her disappears from her inventory (although you can see her wearing it). You can see it only if you replace it with another set of apparel (which again disappears). Her checkered shirt and pants have disappeared. If i choose to have nothing on her, she's only in her underwear.

Whatever her default clothing is should be invisible in the inventory. Occasionally you get a minor bug where she will act like she has default clothing when she doesn't . Her original clothes are just a radstag outfit or something so you might have sold it by accident.

Just try putting clothes on her and leave it for a bit, it's not like she can die anyway.
