I have never heard this before. Strong has said it 3 times to me now in different places;

"If anyone comes out here, Strong kill you quick. Not even feel it."

Why does he say this? Anyone know?

Sounds like he thinks he's doing you a favor by killing you, presumably before the newcomers have a chance to do something even more horrible to you. Not a very high opinion of you if he thinks he has to kill you to "spare" you from facing the foes, though. I never play with Strong, so I can't say what his rationale may be ---- his perk is of no interest to me, and his dialog (while amusing) makes it seem pretty clear that he is still a supermutant who wants to kill and eat the weak, so he gets shuffled off to that waterlogged settlement in the South of the map (I suppose I could just kill him).
