Weird rain glitch with a weather mod, help locating culprit? : V

I installed RealVision ENB and all of the suggested mods listed on this website: http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/30936/?

When everything was over, I checked Skyrim and I was met with this really weird and isolated visual glitch that only happens sometimes. It only appears when it rains but only certain kinds of rain *I think the weather mod adds varieties of rain, because sometimes when it rains, this never happens* No other climate addition has any other weird effects, it just gets super super super dark sometimes *even torches don't work at all*

Which mod could be resonsible for this, and how would I fix it? It took me near 2 hours to install all of these mods and this is the only single issue I have.

Please post all the mods you are using and the load order. Hopefully it is sorted by Loot.

I have a feeling it has something to do with the ENB. I do not use them

Not using RealVision myself so not much help if the issue is connected to it.

Pretty sure that you shouldn't use ELFX Weathers together with Climates of Tamriel as both are weather mods, so that would be my first suspect. Remove either.

Other things that aren't connected to your current issue:

Activate HighResTexturePack01.esp

I'd recommend the unofficial patches

I'd also recommend DynDOLOD instead of SDO, but DynDOLOD is admittedly a bit involved to set up

ENB has a rain option that replaces the rain particles with its own stuff. Your glitch looks like it MIGHT be related to that. Try without ENB just to see if it's that or something else.
