New pc, need some tips. : V

I have played the [censored] out of skyrim when it came out. Though I was forced to play it on PS3 because my pc could not handle it. I have always enjoyed it, but now I have a new pc, and I want to experience skyrim once again.

My question is, what are the most superb graphic enhancement mods? And the mods that are practically mandatory?

I'm talking 4K textures and al that. I have tried to find some myself but it is difficult to find the best ones because of the sheer number of mods on skyrim nexus. And the most endorsed or downloaded are not always the best looking.

I'd prefer a complete overhaul, but loose mods are ok to.

Here are some tips to get you started: Skyrim Realistic Overhaul (still my favorite general texture replacer, sticks close to vanilla but looks much better), SMIM, aMidianBorn Book of Silence, Rustic Clothing, SkySight Skins, CBBE, Skyrim High Definition LODs - Dark LOD Textures, DynDOLOD (amazing LOD mod but a bit complicated to set up the first time), ENB (which preset to use is a matter of personal taste, I'm using Organic ENB and like it a lot - sticks close to vanilla, looks good, easy to configure), Project Parallax Remastered (ENB needed for parallax), ELFX, Realistic Water Two.
