Extracting voiced assets

How possible would it be to extract some of the voiced assets in say french, then post those assets into nexus?



What I am trying to get at, is say you have the English version of the game, you download say KL-E-O's french voice. You then create a new weapon vendor. Now you two professionally voiced vendors in your game.



Sure, one doesn't speak English, but depending on the sort of mod your creating it could be a plus. Imagine creating a mod based in France. No need to look for voice actors, there are already plenty of lines to use. Or just creating a real odd bar, filled with people speaking various languages.

There's an issue with redistributing copyrighted assets. If you made a plug-in that accessed the files already in the games installed assets, no problem. Extract game assets and then post them on a public site, problem.
